A great flavour mustard made with mustard seed soaked in ipa beer for 48 hours then made as a combination of a wholegrain and yellow mustard with chipotle chillies for that smoked taste plus some honey to keep it sweet

Great on burgers & hotdogs and great mixed with a little olive oil for a salad dressing
